In the 13th minute Jeferson Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amedeo Liberatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiago Ribeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Mattos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Chicão Paraense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiago Ribeiro. Coxilha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chicão Paraense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After having played for 18 minutes, Jonas Mattos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Müller München's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Mattos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Müller München's Amedeo Liberatore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Baptista in the 21st minute of play. If Jeferson Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Coxilha booed when FC Müller München was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilson Paranaense didn't get a good kick on the ball.
