The audience thought a goal was coming when João Paulo Munhoz got free with Durvalino Vergílio in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dênis Maia scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Durvalino Vergílio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Durvalino Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauã Breckenfeld in the 22nd minute of play. BAR100LONA's João Paulo Munhoz got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dênis Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durvalino Vergílio having to interfere. In the 35th minute João Paulo Munhoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durvalino Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joinville City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Romeu de Sousa scored to the left of an out of position Durvalino Vergílio, making the score, 4-0. Durvalino Vergílio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but João Paulo Munhoz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 41 minute of play. After 46 minutes of play, BAR100LONA's João Paulo Munhoz made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After 89 minutes of play, BAR100LONA's Romeu de Sousa made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Durvalino Vergílio was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 95 minutes of play, BAR100LONA's Kauã Breckenfeld made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
