But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinícius Vander couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Golden Kamuy Ainu's Vinícius Vander slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nando das Neves. That made the score 0-2 after 58 minutes of play. If Vinícius Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sérgio Jacinto might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nando das Neves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sérgio Jacinto ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 67 minutes, Vinícius Vander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. If Sérgio Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Vinícius Vander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Inglesa supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Golden Kamuy Ainu's performance. The match ended with a win for Golden Kamuy Ainu.
