In the 11th match minute, HAMMERFALL F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinei Santana to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes, Pindorama's Neymar Santos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baltazar Amaral came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pindorama reached it. When Aírton Correia fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pindorama's protests and gave Aírton Correia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Aírton Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 played minutes HAMMERFALL F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nico Bezerra. After 29 played minutes HAMMERFALL F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Mesquita. Neymar Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Wágner Palmeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baltazar Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neymar Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baltazar Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Vítor Brasil in the 38th minute of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Nelsinho Meira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HAMMERFALL F.C.'s Baltazar Amaral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to HAMMERFALL F.C. getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Claudinei Santana hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Pindorama's Neymar Santos tried to score from far away in the 45th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Baltazar Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelsinho Meira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tadeu Sá to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee gave Pindorama a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nelsinho Meira, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of HAMMERFALL F.C.'s Baltazar Amaral. 0-1. 61 minutes into the match, HAMMERFALL F.C.'s goalkeeper Baltazar Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guilherme Duarte. When Nico Paiva fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HAMMERFALL F.C.'s protests and gave Nico Paiva a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Nico Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nelsinho Meira in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baltazar Amaral saved HAMMERFALL F.C. from getting behind. José Vítor Brasil struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Baltazar Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pindorama. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nelsinho Meira in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baltazar Amaral saved HAMMERFALL F.C. from getting behind. 80 minutes into the match, Pindorama's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Martins came free, but Hortêncio Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute HAMMERFALL F.C. were awarded a corner. Wágner Palmeira went to the cornerflag to take it. Wágner Palmeira made a great header on HAMMERFALL F.C.'s corner, it was just that Pindorama's Hortêncio Duarte managed to reach the ball for a save. After 84 played minutes Nelsinho Meira rounded HAMMERFALL F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. After 88 played minutes Pindorama got a freekick which was hit by Zé Pedro Salles. The crowd rose to their feet as Pindorama's Nelsinho Meira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Baltazar Amaral. That made the score 0-3 after 90 minutes of play.
