After a defensive mix-up in PREMIUM DOkS's zone, Guto Neiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Régis Leme came out of the goal and Guto Neiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diguinho Prado in the 7th minute of play forced PREMIUM DOkS's goalkeeper Régis Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Régis Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilton Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute, Diguinho Prado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Régis Leme was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Ibiuna FC's Diguinho Prado in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of PREMIUM DOkS booed when Ibiuna FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Mangueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, PREMIUM DOkS's Alfredinho de Salles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardinho de Queiroz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Régis Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diguinho Prado, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the match, PREMIUM DOkS's goal looked a bit too open when Guto Neiva came free, but Régis Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Régis Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guto Neiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PREMIUM DOkS's Régis Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guto Neiva in the 43rd minute of play. The PREMIUM DOkS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ibiuna FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hélio Paulista to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ibiuna FC's Guto Neiva dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Gaizka Larquera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Régis Leme having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Giovanni Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diguinho Prado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Régis Leme. PREMIUM DOkS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hamílton de Brito hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Régis Leme came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Ibiuna FC's Gaizka Larquera. But to his dismay, Gaizka Larquera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in PREMIUM DOkS's zone, Wilton Aguiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Régis Leme came out of the goal and Wilton Aguiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the match Diguinho Prado climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-4 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Régis Leme. 83 minutes into the game, Guto Neiva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ibiuna FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PREMIUM DOkS the free kick. In the 83rd minute, Guto Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Joélson Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Guto Neiva kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Régis Leme. That made the score 0-5 in the 88 minute of play. Luiz Fernando Mesquita kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Ibiuna FC played a much better game than PREMIUM DOkS and deserved their victory. The PREMIUM DOkS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
