Crato's Angelo Rezende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Hermes in the 3rd minute of play. But to his dismay, Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 10th match minute, IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Loyola to maneuver through the defense. Angelo Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yan Saldanha, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Duarte Urbano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Washington Hermes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Crato's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga came free, but Angelo Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Crato got a freekick which was hit by Wágner de Azevedo. After 47 played minutes, IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF's Osmar Silveira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Angelo Rezende came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF reached it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The wind increased when Dé Magalhães made the kick off in the second half. Angelo Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yan Saldanha in the 54th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga got free with Angelo Rezende in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF booed when Crato was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederico Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Osmar Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Angelo Rezende came out and tried to block the shot, but Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 98th minute.
