Jacarau SS's Armando Donatello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Jacarau SS from getting a goal against them. Armando Donatello came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Ibipetum EC's Faustão Marinho. But to his dismay, Faustão Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Armando Donatello made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Faustão Marinho sent off a good shot on target. Armando Donatello was a little too slow when Rodrigo Rezende got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 2-0. Faustão Marinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Armando Donatello made a huge save. Armando Donatello made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Faustão Marinho sent off a good shot on target. When Rodrigo Rezende fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibipetum EC's protests and gave Rodrigo Rezende a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute, Rodrigo Rezende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Catarinense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ibipetum EC's Azim Talaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Mazza in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Augusto Mazza in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Azim Talaz saved Ibipetum EC from getting behind. When Jacarau SS's João Augusto Mazza in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ibipetum EC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Ibipetum EC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Eusébio de Carvalho hit a great ball. Armando Donatello was a little too slow when Eusébio de Carvalho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Augusto Mazza in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Azim Talaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When João Augusto Mazza came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Jacarau SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Augusto Mazza couldn't finish the play. João Augusto Mazza's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Azim Talaz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Ibipetum EC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
