Ulisses Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulisses Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 28 played minutes Ana Terra got a freekick which was hit by Ulisses Barros. Edgar de Sena received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anderson Diniz came out and tried to block the shot, but Edgar de Sena slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 29th minute. With a little luck, Ana Terra's Anderson Diniz got control of the ball when Zé Carlos Loyola tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anderson Diniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Damião in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Yuri Tepedino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anderson Diniz. Yuri Tepedino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-0. Anderson Diniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar de Sena in the 39th minute of the match. Dadá Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Tepedino in the 45th minute of play forced Ana Terra's goalkeeper Anderson Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Vítor Albuquerque fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jaraguáriuno's protests and gave Vítor Albuquerque a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Valério Faria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Linares was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valério Faria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Edgar de Sena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anderson Diniz. Ana Terra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar de Sena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Anderson Diniz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Jaraguáriuno's Zé Carlos Loyola shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 9-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Joel Linares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valério Faria in the 61st minute. Zé Carlos Loyola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anderson Diniz having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Ana Terra's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar de Sena came free, but Anderson Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jaraguáriuno fully deserved thier win.
