After a rather tough play, Sobradinho - DF's Samuca de Queiroz got a free kick in the 7th minute. Hernani Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robinho Nogueira in the 9th minute of play. In the 13th minute Silvio Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernani Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Silvio Gallo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Sobradinho - DF's Hernani Tasso. Hernani Tasso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Silvio Gallo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Hernani Tasso to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Sobradinho - DF's Hernani Tasso got control of the ball when Tiago Gabriel Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute Robinho Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernani Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sobradinho - DF's Hernani Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Gallo in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Avelinos's goal looked a bit too open when Wilian Mesquita came free, but Armando Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Sobradinho - DF defense, Silvio Gallo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hernani Tasso. The Sobradinho - DF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernani Tasso should have stopped the shot. Silvio Gallo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hernani Tasso came out and tried to block the shot, but Silvio Gallo slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 35th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Avelinos's Silvio Gallo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hernani Tasso. That made the score 5-0 after 37 minutes of play. Hernani Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robinho Nogueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilian Mesquita to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Sobradinho - DF got a freekick which was hit by José Carlos Pirani. 54 minutes into the match, Sobradinho - DF's goal looked a bit too open when Maicon Breckenfeld came free, but Hernani Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Naldo Meirelles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Silvio Gallo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hernani Tasso. Sobradinho - DF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvio Gallo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Hernani Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Gallo in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Sobradinho - DF getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Patrick Goiano hit a great ball. In the 65th match minute, Sobradinho - DF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Goiano to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio de Lima in the 66th minute of play forced Sobradinho - DF's goalkeeper Hernani Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernani Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Gallo in the 71st minute of the match. Hernani Tasso came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Avelinos's Tiago Gabriel Castro. But to his dismay, Tiago Gabriel Castro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Robinho Nogueira struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Hernani Tasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avelinos. Avelinos's Armando Duarte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Avelinos from getting a goal against them. 79 minutes into the match, Sobradinho - DF's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Gabriel Castro came free, but Hernani Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 minutes of play, Avelinos's Tiago Gabriel Castro made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hernani Tasso was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute, Silvio Gallo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Avelinos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Sobradinho - DF's Hernani Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robinho Nogueira in the 93rd minute of play. Silvio Gallo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 96 minutes, Maicon Breckenfeld managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avelinos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maicon Breckenfeld was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
