Conrado Alcântara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernani Tasso having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Alcântara in the 41st minute of play forced Sobradinho - DF's goalkeeper Hernani Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes in the game Kléber Bezerra did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to José Carlos Pirani. 44 minutes into the game, Conrado Alcântara recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hernani Tasso. Conrado Alcântara showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Conrado Alcântara to strike the kick off in the second half. If José Carlos Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. José Carlos Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Bart Hurel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sobradinho - DF's Naldo Loyola got a free kick in the 76th minute. 84 minutes into the game, Conrado Alcântara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Hernani Tasso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Romo Ponce hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Wilian Mesquita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bart Hurel having to make a save. Conrado Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bart Hurel made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Wilian Mesquita sent off a good shot on target. Acácio de Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. After having played for 97 minutes, Wilian Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sobradinho - DF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilian Mesquita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
