Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Raiders FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 2nd minute, when Jeremias Gonçalves scored to the left of an out of position Dé Arce, making the score, 1-0. Jeremias Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Dé Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Exu's Alexandre Leão got a free kick in the 8th minute. After some careless play in the Exu defense, Johnny Marco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cabral. The Exu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cabral should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Exu booed when Raiders FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raiders FC's Dé Arce proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Raiders FC from getting a goal against them. Carlos Augusto Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Dé Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Raiders FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Augusto Maciel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dé Arce read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Raiders FC's goalkeeper Dé Arce had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Gonçalves. If Jeremias Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateus Amaral took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cabral. Marcos Cabral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. A collision led to Raiders FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Marcel Cruz hit a great ball. Dé Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Augusto Maciel in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Raiders FC booed when Exu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chiquinho Maia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Augusto Maciel made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albertinho Guerra during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 50th minute of the game. One of Exu:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Raiders FC:s goal. A collision led to Exu getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Emerson Freire hit a great ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Johnny Marco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Raiders FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johnny Marco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Jeremias Gonçalves notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Raiders FC's Dé Arce. Dé Arce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Teofilo Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mateus Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cabral having to interfere. Dé Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Augusto Maciel, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Augusto Maciel in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dé Arce saved Raiders FC from getting behind. When Johnny Marco came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Raiders FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johnny Marco couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Raiders FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Augusto Maciel came free, but Dé Arce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 98th minute Carlos Augusto Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dé Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Raiders FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
