After 18 minutes of play, BOTAFOGO SAF 2022's Gwidon Pincoski made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gilson Vander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gilson Vander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Pincoski in the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Carvalho in the 24th minute of play forced Real Madruga F.C's goalkeeper Gilson Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emílio Tavares's late challenge caught a BOTAFOGO SAF 2022's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emílio Tavares helped the player get up and apologised. After 26 played minutes Real Madruga F.C got a freekick which was hit by Emílio Tavares. The supporters of BOTAFOGO SAF 2022 booed when Real Madruga F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Donato didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half BOTAFOGO SAF 2022 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Tomás Nóbrega made the kick off in the second half. Gilson Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvinho Fontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Real Madruga F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Gwidon Pincoski came free, but Gilson Vander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Gwidon Pincoski took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Gilson Vander to make any attempt to save it. Eusébio Carvalho came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gilson Vander could save by the left post. Gilson Vander was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eusébio Carvalho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 77 minute of play. Real Madruga F.C's Gilson Vander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Real Madruga F.C from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusébio Carvalho got free with Gilson Vander in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. BOTAFOGO SAF 2022 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
