Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Didi da Silva got the match started through his kick off. In the 2ndth minute of the game Gildo de Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ariramba's Rubinho Pontes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Flavio Troiano took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rubinho Pontes. Rubinho Pontes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ariramba's Rubinho Pontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Troiano in the 6th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ariramba's Doriva Quadros got a free kick in the 7th minute. 7 minutes into the match, SC Bertioga's Serafim Queiroz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The audience was convinced that Flavio Troiano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rubinho Pontes was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anderson Pombal in the 10th minute of play forced Ariramba's goalkeeper Rubinho Pontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, SC Bertioga's Flavio Troiano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rubinho Pontes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 14th minute, Benigno Gorosti made a precise shot to the right of Rubinho Pontes. Ariramba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Rubinho Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Troiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rubinho Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Troiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Rubinho Pontes came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Bertioga's Gildo de Lima. But to his dismay, Gildo de Lima quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavio Troiano in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rubinho Pontes saved Ariramba from getting behind. After 28 minutes of play, SC Bertioga's Serafim Queiroz made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rubinho Pontes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rubinho Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafim Queiroz in the 32nd minute of the match. Rubinho Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedito Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ariramba's Rubinho Pontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Gorosti in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Gildo de Lima left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Bertioga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavio Troiano in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rubinho Pontes saved Ariramba from getting behind. Rubinho Pontes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anderson Pombal went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Ariramba's Jefferson Coutinho got a free kick in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Gildo de Lima notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Ariramba's Rubinho Pontes. Rubinho Pontes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavio Troiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Flavio Troiano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Rubinho Pontes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Flavio Troiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Bertioga's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Troiano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rubinho Pontes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rubinho Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anderson Pombal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 62 in the game by Gildo de Lima from a close distance when the talented Rubinho Pontes managed to make a qualified save. Ariramba's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Izydor Domalik got free with Rubinho Pontes in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, Flavio Troiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rubinho Pontes. Ariramba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flavio Troiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. In the 71st minute, Benigno Gorosti reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rubinho Pontes. The goal made the score 0-13. 74 minutes into the match, Gildo de Lima had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rubinho Pontes. Ariramba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gildo de Lima was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-14. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Troiano got free with Rubinho Pontes in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rubinho Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafim Queiroz in the 78th minute of the match. Benedito Coelho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Rubinho Pontes made a huge save. Anderson Pombal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rubinho Pontes came out and tried to block the shot, but Anderson Pombal slotted it home off the left post making it 0-15 in the 80th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gildo de Lima got free with Rubinho Pontes in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Ariramba's Rubinho Pontes got control of the ball when Gildo de Lima tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 88 minutes, Gildo de Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Bertioga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gildo de Lima was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rubinho Pontes made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Gildo de Lima sent off a good shot on target. Anderson Pombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rubinho Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafim Queiroz in the 94th minute of play. When the match was over SC Bertioga could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ariramba throughout the match.
