The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamim Teles showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Ernani Costa made the kick off in the second half. In the 62ndth minute of the game Jardel de Queirós who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ibrahy AD's Benjamim Teles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
