With an all-out effort, Dobrada's Sandro Couto threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rodolfo Quadros, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 8 minutes of play, Lastdance FC's Guilherme Vieira made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dedê Machado was left in no man's land by his defense there! If José Paulo Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 35 played minutes Dobrada got a freekick which was hit by Caetano Madureira. Guilherme Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 42nd minute, Paulo José Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th match minute, Lastdance FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guilherme Vieira to maneuver through the defense. Charles Cosme hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodolfo Quadros made a kick off. Eriberto Trigo hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Sandro Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The supporters of Dobrada booed when Lastdance FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilherme Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Lastdance FC's Guilherme Vieira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. After recieving a nice pass, Lastdance FC's Acácio Mota tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Dedê Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guilherme Vieira in the 89th minute of the match. After 95 played minutes Lastdance FC got a freekick which was hit by Yan Salgado. The Lastdance FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lastdance FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
