After 21 played minutes, Ibrahy AD's Leonel Faria shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dedê Machado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ibrahy AD reached it. Dedê Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fernando Arruda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Dobrada getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Eurico do Vale hit a great ball. After 30 played minutes Dobrada got a freekick which was hit by Gernando Nunes. Dobrada's Dedê Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Faria in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Dobrada's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fernando Arruda came free, but Dedê Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dedê Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernani Costa in the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Ibrahy AD were awarded a corner. Leonel Faria went to the cornerflag to take it. Ibrahy AD's Leonel Faria was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dedê Machado in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dedê Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernani Costa in the 40th minute of the match. Dedê Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernani Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernani Costa to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marquinhos Pinheiro got free with Dedê Machado in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 55 minutes into the game, Ernani Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dedê Machado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luís Fernando Arruda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Dedê Machado made a huge save. A collision led to Dobrada getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Wesley Novaes hit a great ball. If Rodrigo Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charles Cosme hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernani Costa in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dedê Machado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dedê Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Passos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Fernando Arruda got free with Dedê Machado in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 74 minutes into the match, Dobrada's goalkeeper Dedê Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Fernando Arruda. The supporters of Dobrada booed when Ibrahy AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Passos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ibrahy AD's zone, Rodolfo Quadros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamim Teles came out of the goal and Rodolfo Quadros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th match minute, Ibrahy AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquinhos Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Rodolfo Quadros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benjamim Teles was relentless in the 94th minute of the game.
