In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Testando's goalkeeper Wellington Gerber, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Eliézer Pinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Testando's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dreher F.C the free kick. Eliézer Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Dreher F.C's Flávio Camargo got a free kick in the 36th minute. Tião Lago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliézer Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Osmar Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

54 minutes into the game, Ricardo Rosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Wellington Gerber was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dreher F.C's Ricardo Rosa got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thiago Nóbrega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Wellington Gerber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 64 minutes on the clock, Armando Falcão commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 64 played minutes Dreher F.C got a freekick which was hit by Armando Falcão. Dreher F.C's Osmar Berger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Dreher F.C from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Testando booed when Dreher F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flávio Camargo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Flávio Camargo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dreher F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Flávio Camargo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wellington Gerber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tião Lago might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wellington Gerber. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tião Lago ran back to his position shaking his head. Dreher F.C's Flávio Camargo got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Dreher F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Dinei Meireles came free, but Osmar Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dreher F.C's Osmar Berger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Dreher F.C from getting a goal against them. Thiago Nóbrega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Dreher F.C were the better team. Dreher F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
