In the 16th minute, one of Pacencia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pacencia. In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Queda. Fausto Negri stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ciro Amaral. 0-3. Queda's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rafinha Guedes 24 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. After 27 played minutes Pacencia got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme Saldanha. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Netto during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cipriano Netto kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Dieguinho Cunha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciro Amaral was relentless in the 41st minute of the game.
