Spectators: 7530 (Terracing: 5649, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jerônimo Toscano started the match with the kick off. Cesinha de Carvalho charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cesinha de Carvalho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Itonia AD booed when Clube Atlético Tubarão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesinha de Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rayane Rodrigues made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Igor Maruda sent off a good shot on target. In the 8th minute, Igor Maruda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itonia AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 20 played minutes Clube Atlético Tubarão got a freekick which was hit by Juarês Fernandez. Igor Maruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Joaquim Fernandes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute Miguel Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rayane Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jeremias Severo fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Clube Atlético Tubarão's protests and gave Jeremias Severo a yellow card for diving instead. 37 minutes into the game, Igor Maruda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rayane Rodrigues. Igor Maruda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Clube Atlético Tubarão's Rayane Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Bronder in the 53rd minute of play. Miguel Medeiros struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Rayane Rodrigues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itonia AD. After 60 minutes of play, Itonia AD's Miguel Medeiros made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rayane Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 63 minutes of play, Itonia AD's Igor Maruda made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 69th minute of the match, Andrézinho Lago got a very nice opportunity to score, but Elano de Lima was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Igor Maruda scored 6-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rayane Rodrigues, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Lucjan Bronder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itonia AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucjan Bronder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rayane Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rayane Rodrigues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Maruda went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrézinho Lago got free with Elano de Lima in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 83 minutes of play Clube Atlético Tubarão's Cesinha de Carvalho was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Maruda in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rayane Rodrigues saved Clube Atlético Tubarão from getting behind. Itonia AD were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Clube Atlético Tubarão's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nando Coelho took the corner. After 91 played minutes Itonia AD got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Medeiros. After a defensive mix-up in Clube Atlético Tubarão's zone, Nando Coelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rayane Rodrigues came out of the goal and Nando Coelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Lucjan Bronder came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Itonia AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucjan Bronder couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Itonia AD fully deserved thier win.
