Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Breno Paes to make the kick off. Belmiro Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cléberson Garcia in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Amigos da Bola's Tostão Toscano got a free kick in the 53rd minute.
