Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rocheira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliézer Schmidt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hernani Tasso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramiro Paulista went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Carlos Alberto Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the match, Rocheira's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Paulista came free, but Hernani Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arthur Maciel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marco de Amaral in the 21st minute. Hernani Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Paulista in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Ricardinho Meirelles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rocheira's Dráusio da Cunha couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for THE STRONGEST ORANGE. A collision led to THE STRONGEST ORANGE getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Carlos Alberto Fonseca hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Francisco Breckenfeld during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Paulista in the 37th minute of play forced Rocheira's goalkeeper Hernani Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, THE STRONGEST ORANGE's Chiquinho Ortiz got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute Danilo Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernani Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco de Amaral did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Arthur Maciel 47 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Arthur Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco de Amaral in the 59th minute of the match. Fernandinho de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th match minute, Rocheira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliézer Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Hernani Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Marco de Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Rocheira's Fernandinho de Barros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arthur Maciel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Marco de Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the game, Luiz Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. THE STRONGEST ORANGE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rocheira the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, THE STRONGEST ORANGE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Lima to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of Rocheira:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of THE STRONGEST ORANGE:s goal. 90 minutes into the match, Marco de Amaral notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of THE STRONGEST ORANGE's Arthur Maciel. Arthur Maciel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marco de Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernandinho de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernani Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The THE STRONGEST ORANGE players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Rocheira from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
