With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Ferreira in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Trigo saved SCCPHadez from getting behind. Alfredinho Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Brasil in the 22nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Celsinho Diniz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Trigo was relentless in the 25th minute of the game.
