The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Valdomiro Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladimir Dante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. vitoria u17's Edu Alves got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Vladimir Dante in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Isidoro's Teodoro Dantas. In the 23rd match minute, vitoria u17 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fellipe Mattos to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdomiro Zanette in the 29th minute of play forced Isidoro's goalkeeper Cesinha Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giuseppe de Amorim's late challenge caught a vitoria u17's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giuseppe de Amorim helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Isidoro fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! Fellipe Mattos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesinha Dante having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Cesinha Dante successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Isidoro's Cesinha Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fellipe Mattos in the 42nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Isidoro defense, Marcinho Madureira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cesinha Dante. The Isidoro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cesinha Dante should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcinho Madureira made a kick off. After 62 played minutes Isidoro got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Gustavo de Carvalho. Isidoro's attentive Carlos Ortiz managed to snatch the ball when Marcinho Madureira made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. Edu Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Gustavo de Carvalho hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Marcinho Madureira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The vitoria u17 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 85th minute, Vladimir Dante ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cesinha Dante was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Cesinha Dante came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by vitoria u17's Fellipe Mattos. But to his dismay, Fellipe Mattos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. vitoria u17's Vladimir Dante got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isidoro's Cesinha Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Alves in the 98th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. vitoria u17 fully deserved thier win.
