When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Fellipe Botelho sped through Imbiara EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edvaldo Guedes. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Fellipe Botelho put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Edvaldo Guedes. After having played for 18 minutes, Fellipe Botelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Edvaldo Guedes came out of the goal and Noel Pimenta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjeld Hofgaard in the 29th minute of play forced Imbiara EC's goalkeeper Edvaldo Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvaldo Guedes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fellipe Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Edvaldo Guedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fellipe Botelho in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noel Pimenta in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvaldo Guedes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Imbiara EC defense, Fellipe Botelho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edvaldo Guedes. The Imbiara EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvaldo Guedes should have stopped the shot. Noel Pimenta succeeded in the game's 38th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. Conrado Quirino struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Edvaldo Guedes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OSASCO FC. 44 minutes into the match, Imbiara EC's goal looked a bit too open when Germano Bertassi came free, but Edvaldo Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Fellipe Botelho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Edvaldo Guedes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Imbiara EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. OSASCO FC were winning 0-7.

Edvaldo Guedes stood somewhat misplaced when Fellipe Botelho came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 53 minute. After having played for 55 minutes, Kjeld Hofgaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germano Bertassi in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edvaldo Guedes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Diego Costa's late challenge caught a OSASCO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. But to his dismay, Fellipe Botelho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. In the 84th match minute, Imbiara EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válter Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. Edvaldo Guedes came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by OSASCO FC's Noel Pimenta. But to his dismay, Noel Pimenta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-14. After 92 minutes of play, OSASCO FC's Noel Pimenta made it 0-15 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edvaldo Guedes was left in no man's land by his defense there!
