Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrick Koehler in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Bezerra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Mimosos getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Almir Sabóia hit a great ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Juvenal Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EE CARREIRA CRIATIVA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juvenal Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnaldo Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Luís Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaston Balesio during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arnaldo Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Bezerra having to interfere. After the first half EE CARREIRA CRIATIVA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 54 played minutes Patrick Koehler rounded Mimosos's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. The audience was convinced that Patrick Koehler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Bezerra was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. After 65 played minutes Mimosos got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Meireles. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrick Koehler in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Bezerra saved Mimosos from getting behind. EE CARREIRA CRIATIVA's Patrick Koehler got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 70 minutes into the game, Cássio Meireles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mimosos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EE CARREIRA CRIATIVA the free kick. In the 71st match minute, Mimosos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Meireles to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Balesio in the 77th minute of the match. Mimosos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Patrick Koehler scored to the left of an out of position Luís Bezerra, making the score, 0-4. When Arnaldo Carneiro came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the EE CARREIRA CRIATIVA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Carneiro couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Mimosos's zone, Patrick Koehler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Bezerra came out of the goal and Patrick Koehler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute, Patrick Koehler reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luís Bezerra. The goal made the score 0-5.
