Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gilmar Dante made the kick off which started today's match. Bola FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Wilton Siqueira scored to the left of an out of position Paulo Tróia, making the score, 2-0. After 14 minutes of play, Mineiros Esporte Clube's Mazinho Mendonça made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Tróia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cacá Guerra's late challenge caught a Mineiros Esporte Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cacá Guerra helped the player get up and apologised. Mineiros Esporte Clube made a substitution. Flávio Schmidt replaced Wilton Siqueira. After a defensive mix-up in Bola FC's zone, Mazinho Mendonça stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Tróia came out of the goal and Mazinho Mendonça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bola FC's Paulo Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltazar Cardoso in the 23rd minute of play. Flávio Schmidt in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paulo Tróia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mazinho Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Paulo Tróia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Paulo Tróia managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Mineiros Esporte Clube's Flávio Schmidt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 31 played minutes Bola FC got a freekick which was hit by Cacá Guerra. Paulo Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltazar Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute, Baltazar Cardoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baltazar Cardoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bola FC's goalkeeper Paulo Tróia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Flávio Schmidt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mineiros Esporte Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Flávio Schmidt was the one to do the kick off. Mineiros Esporte Clube's Flávio Schmidt got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulo Tróia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flávio Schmidt's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Paulo Tróia came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Mineiros Esporte Clube's Mazinho Mendonça. But to his dismay, Mazinho Mendonça quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Mazinho Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Tróia having to interfere. Paulo Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltazar Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bola FC's zone, Flávio Schmidt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Tróia came out of the goal and Flávio Schmidt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the match, Flávio Schmidt notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Bola FC's Paulo Tróia. Paulo Tróia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Mineiros Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Vladimir Paulista hit a great ball. When Mineiros Esporte Clube's Flávio Schmidt in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bola FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Baltazar Cardoso came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Mineiros Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltazar Cardoso couldn't finish the play. Paulo Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flávio Schmidt in the 85th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bola FC's zone, Flávio Schmidt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Tróia came out of the goal and Flávio Schmidt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Carioca kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Mazinho Mendonça, 89 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience was convinced that Flávio Schmidt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo Tróia was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. After 92nd play minutes Flávio Schmidt shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Paulo Tróia and just under the crossbar into goal. There was no doubt that Mineiros Esporte Clube were the better team. Mineiros Esporte Clube's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
