Mazinho Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luís Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th match minute, Jundiahy AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauã Moraes to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute of the match Ismael Mello sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tostão do Valle skillfully saved the ball. Luiz Gustavo Siqueira scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tostão do Valle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30thth minute of the game Luiz Gustavo Siqueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jundiahy AD's Tostão do Valle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ian Moraes hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Jundiahy AD's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Gustavo Siqueira came free, but Tostão do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Velasco struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Tostão do Valle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mineiros Esporte Clube. Luiz Gustavo Siqueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tostão do Valle having to make a save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cauã Moraes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, one of Jundiahy AD:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 55th minute of the game, Mineiros Esporte Clube got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Luiz Gustavo Siqueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tostão do Valle having to make a save. Tostão do Valle was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Luiz Gustavo Siqueira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luiz Gustavo Siqueira really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Pedro Luís Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Luiz Gustavo Siqueira was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 70th minute. Mineiros Esporte Clube's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Abelardo Velasco came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Mineiros Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Velasco couldn't finish the play. If Abelardo Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Gustavo Siqueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abelardo Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tostão do Valle having to interfere. Mineiros Esporte Clube's Mazinho Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauã Moraes in the 99th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mineiros Esporte Clube had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
