After some careless play in the Coringão MZ defense, Ulisses Ribeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erivaldo Lima. The Coringão MZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erivaldo Lima should have stopped the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Luiz Gustavo Vander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erivaldo Lima. Coringão MZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Gustavo Vander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Erivaldo Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Gustavo Vander in the 20th minute of play. Erivaldo Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dadá Leite, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Raimundo Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Destroncadedo FC's Oséas Prestes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Destroncadedo FC from getting a goal against them. Elói Vaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oséas Prestes having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorginho Valladares got free with Oséas Prestes in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Trigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Oséas Prestes made a huge save. After having played for 38 minutes, Elói Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coringão MZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elói Vaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erivaldo Lima came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Destroncadedo FC's Ulisses Ribeiro. But to his dismay, Ulisses Ribeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elói Vaz to strike the kick off in the second half. Erivaldo Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulisses Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute, Destroncadedo FC's Ulisses Ribeiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. 56 minutes into the match, Coringão MZ's goalkeeper Erivaldo Lima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dadá Leite. Oséas Prestes came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Coringão MZ's Elói Vaz. But to his dismay, Elói Vaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. Destroncadedo FC's Oséas Prestes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Vaz in the 61st minute of play. Erivaldo Lima made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Dadá Leite sent off a good shot on target. When Michel Almeida fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coringão MZ's protests and gave Michel Almeida a yellow card for diving instead. Michel Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Samuca Carioca kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Dadá Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Erivaldo Lima made a huge save. A collision led to Coringão MZ getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Ivo Brito hit a great ball. The supporters of Coringão MZ booed when Destroncadedo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcinho Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 played minutes Coringão MZ got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Trigo. Destroncadedo FC's Luiz Gustavo Vander got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Coringão MZ's Erivaldo Lima got control of the ball when Dadá Leite tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Marcinho Pinheiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dadá Leite came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Erivaldo Lima could save by the left post. 97 minutes into the match, Coringão MZ's goalkeeper Erivaldo Lima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dadá Leite. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
