If Daniel Trigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Cauan Madureira in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by UNITED BR's Heinrich Dorazil. In the 18th minute Giuseppe Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erivaldo Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Coringão MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Luiz Bezerra came free, but Erivaldo Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of UNITED BR booed when Coringão MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. César Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erivaldo Lima stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Luiz Bezerra's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Elói Vaz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ricardo de Salles firmly grabbed it by the left post. Michel Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erivaldo Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giuseppe Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Coringão MZ's zone, Pedro Luiz Bezerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erivaldo Lima came out of the goal and Pedro Luiz Bezerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Coringão MZ's Erivaldo Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Mendes in the 45th minute of play.

In the 55th minute, Giuseppe Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardo de Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elói Vaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Pedro Luiz Bezerra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UNITED BR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Cauan Madureira made in the 72nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Elói Vaz however managed to control. Erivaldo Lima made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Giuseppe Mendes sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Pedro Luiz Bezerra kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erivaldo Lima. That made the score 0-4 in the 78 minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Coringão MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan Madureira to maneuver through the defense. Erivaldo Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luiz Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michel Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo de Salles having to interfere. Valdir Souto's late challenge caught a Coringão MZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valdir Souto helped the player get up and apologised. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. UNITED BR had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
