Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Siriji's Guto Cordeiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victor Barral during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Siriji getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Victor Barral hit a great ball. A hard shot 8 in the game by Arí de Salles from a close distance when the talented Ernani Leme managed to make a qualified save. Siriji's players were relieved. André Luís Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Luís Vargas in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernani Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arí de Salles who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Ernani Leme when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 21st match minute, Profeta SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Vargas to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Profeta SS's Carlos Vargas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ernani Leme. That made the score 1-0 after 23 minutes of play. In the 26th minute, Arí de Salles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Arí de Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ernani Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luís Vargas, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Ernani Leme made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Arí de Salles sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reinaldo Trigo during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Siriji:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Profeta SS:s goal. In the 35th minute, Sydney de Amorim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernani Leme was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Silvinho Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Siriji's Ernani Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luís Vargas in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute, Guto Cordeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Álvaro Saraiva was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 3-1 became the score in the 47th minute when Arí de Salles elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for André Luís Vargas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Sidney da Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernani Leme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí de Salles in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Profeta SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Vargas to maneuver through the defense. Luís Guilherme Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Álvaro Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Siriji's Victor Barral got a free kick in the 60th minute. André Luís Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64th play minutes Arí de Salles shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Ernani Leme and just under the crossbar into goal. Ernani Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arí de Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 played minutes Profeta SS got a freekick which was hit by Laércio Moreira. Arí de Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernani Leme having to interfere. If André Luís Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernani Leme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí de Salles in the 83rd minute of play. When Luís Guilherme Reis came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Siriji fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Guilherme Reis couldn't finish the play. Arí de Salles took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernani Leme. Ernani Leme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 89 minutes into the match, Siriji's goal looked a bit too open when Arí de Salles came free, but Ernani Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If André Luís Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 minutes of play, Profeta SS's Arí de Salles made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernani Leme was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Profeta SS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
