Albino Steven took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manoel Pirani. Manoel Pirani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Albino Stevens short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Manoel Pirani to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vito Cardoso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Manoel Pirani came out and tried to block the shot, but Vito Cardoso slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 31st minute. Albino Steven who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Manoel Pirani when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Albino Steven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Manoel Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, Tricolor Fc's Evaristo de Mendonça nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristiano Prata made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo de Mendonça was the one to do the kick off. Enrique França charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manoel Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manoel Pirani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Albino Steven scored 11-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manoel Pirani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute, Vito Cardoso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corinthians Paulista fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-2. Manoel Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. There was no doubt that Corinthians Paulista were the better team. Corinthians Paulista's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
