Adhemar Botelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovani Vargas in the 36th minute of play. Teo Afonso took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adhemar Botelho. Adhemar Botelho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barbie F.C's goalkeeper Adhemar Botelho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.
