The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when André Luiz Negri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcus Jonasson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for César Porto. Toque Me Voy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Toque Me Voy's César Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Carlos de Amaral in the 70th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Luís Lara couldn't finish the play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but César Porto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that André Luiz Negri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but César Porto was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the Rio Branco EC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
