After 11 played minutes Alvi Verde got a freekick which was hit by Hortêncio Fantini. In the 14th minute, Bert Karlsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Toninho Mangueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Real Astoria FC's Toninho Mangueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bert Karlsson in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Perfecto in the 34th minute of play forced Real Astoria FC's goalkeeper Toninho Mangueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Astoria FC's Toninho Mangueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Perfecto in the 43rd minute of play. If Peker Suersan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the game, Bert Karlsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Toninho Mangueira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

In the 53rd minute, Cuero Buseth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Toninho Mangueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 55th match minute, Alvi Verde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peker Suersan to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Germano Saldanha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Rodolfo Perfecto took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Toninho Mangueira to make any attempt to save it. Cuero Buseth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Toninho Mangueira made a huge save. Toninho Mangueira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Téo Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hílton Pinho in the 81st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Bert Karlsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Toninho Mangueira. That made the score 0-10 in the 83 minute of play. After 87 minutes of play, Alvi Verde's Peker Suersan made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toninho Mangueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alvi Verde were furious when Giovanni Hermes was red carded, 95 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Alvi Verde! Hílton Pinho took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Téo Leite. Téo Leite dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-11. When the match was over Alvi Verde could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Real Astoria FC throughout the match.
