Edu Nóbrega ran back to his position shaking his head. 25 minutes into the match, Varjoia SC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Eduardo Sergipano came free, but Christiano Nunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Carlos Eduardo Sergipano made a precise shot to the right of Christiano Nunes. Varjoia SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Christiano Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Eduardo Sergipano in the 43rd minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Carlos Eduardo Sergipano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Christiano Nunes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Eduardo Sergipano made a kick off. César Lara's late challenge caught a Olê Porcô's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. César Lara helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 minutes of play, Olê Porcô's Carlos Eduardo Sergipano made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christiano Nunes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlos Eduardo Sergipano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Christiano Nunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, João Adolfo Terra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olê Porcô's supporters rose to their feet, but João Adolfo Terra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Varjoia SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but César Lara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edmundo Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 81st minute Richard Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christiano Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Varjoia SC's Christiano Nunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Varjoia SC from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Olê Porcô:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Varjoia SC:s goal. The referee gave Varjoia SC a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. A hard shot 96 in the game by Carlos Eduardo Sergipano from a close distance when the talented Christiano Nunes managed to make a qualified save. Varjoia SC's players were relieved. The Varjoia SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Olê Porcô were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
