Gil Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Mattin in the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fábio Gaúcho in the 10th minute of play forced Zoiudo's goalkeeper Gil Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilano Mattin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gil Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atilano Mattin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Zoiudo's Zeca Gad dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Fotis Bitzios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Lopes having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Luiz Fábio Gaúcho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gil Lopes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Gil Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Atilano Mattin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GMDuarte 82 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Gil Lopes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valérien Klopp went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. 40 minutes into the match, Luiz Fábio Gaúcho notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Zoiudo's Gil Lopes. Gil Lopes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. GMDuarte 82's Daniel Xavier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save GMDuarte 82 from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zeca Gad to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Zoiudo's goalkeeper Gil Lopes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Fábio Gaúcho. In the 56th minute, Ronaldão Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Atilano Mattin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gil Lopes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. GMDuarte 82's Zé Carlos Costa quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 90 minutes into the match, Zoiudo's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Carlos Costa came free, but Gil Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Lopes was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Luiz Fábio Gaúcho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luiz Fábio Gaúcho really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Atilano Mattin managed to get in a good position for a shot. GMDuarte 82's supporters rose to their feet, but Atilano Mattin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gil Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 96 minutes of play, Zoiudo's Zeca Gad made it 2-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Xavier was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Zoiudo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. GMDuarte 82 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
