Lenílson Perez's late challenge caught a Coringudo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lenílson Perez helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enio Jacinto in the 8th minute of play forced PAPACÚDACABEÇAROXA's goalkeeper Dedé Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Lenílson Perez notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Coringudo's Marquinhos Fontes. Marquinhos Fontes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 18 minutes into the game, Iuri Sanches cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dedé Tróia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Enio Jacinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Iuri Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Lenílson Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot. PAPACÚDACABEÇAROXA's supporters rose to their feet, but Lenílson Perez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marquinhos Fontes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clayton Giordmaina in the 32nd minute of play forced Coringudo's goalkeeper Marquinhos Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iuri Sanches sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Clayton Giordmaina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Coringudo's Marquinhos Fontes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Coringudo from getting a goal against them. The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Luisão Paulista put in a rough tackle. Luisão Paulista kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Dedé Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basílio Neves in the 57th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Enio Jacinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coringudo's supporters rose to their feet, but Enio Jacinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dedé Tróia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Clayton Giordmaina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Marquinhos Fontes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clayton Giordmaina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marquinhos Fontes having to interfere. If Iuri Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Fabinho de Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dedé Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iuri Sanches in the 74th minute of the match. If Enio Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dedé Tróia came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Coringudo's Iuri Sanches. But to his dismay, Iuri Sanches quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 81 minutes into the game, Edmundo Cunha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PAPACÚDACABEÇAROXA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coringudo the free kick. After a rather tough play, PAPACÚDACABEÇAROXA's Edmundo Cunha got a free kick in the 81st minute. PAPACÚDACABEÇAROXA's Dedé Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enio Jacinto in the 84th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Coringudo's Iuri Sanches sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dedé Tróia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Iuri Vidal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dedé Tróia was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 93rd minute Iuri Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dedé Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fiori Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Coringudo fully deserved thier win.
