Dênis Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clayton Giordmaina in the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

A collision led to PAPACÚDACABEÇAROXA getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Luizão Antunes hit a great ball. The referee ignored RMH FC's protests and gave Cristian Esteves a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in RMH FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! The referee gave PAPACÚDACABEÇAROXA a penalty, 61 minutes into the game. PAPACÚDACABEÇAROXA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clayton Giordmaina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dênis Breckenfeld made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Eurico Loureiro sent off a good shot on target. Lenílson Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 minutes, Eurico Loureiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PAPACÚDACABEÇAROXA and the RMH FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Eurico Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. PAPACÚDACABEÇAROXA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
