The Jucati FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valério Salles should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when André Luiz Vides stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valério Salles came out of the goal and André Luiz Vides tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When André Luiz Vides came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the BMB IMOVEIS SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Luiz Vides couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Oliveira in the 89th minute of play forced BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Jucati FC's goalkeeper Valério Salles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to BMB IMOVEIS SC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Régis Marinho hit a great ball. The Jucati FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. BMB IMOVEIS SC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
