AD.MANTHIQUEIRA's Samuel da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esam Al Ramzi in the 23rd minute of play. Evandro Pena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernandinho Azevedo went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute, Fernandinho Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evandro Pena was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Vitinho Tróia kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. José Ignacio Angulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Evandro Meira made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to AD.MANTHIQUEIRA getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Jacinto Dorio hit a great ball. Luizinho Santana was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 55th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Evandro Meira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samuel da Costa was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 61st minute José Ignacio Angulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evandro Pena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Ignacio Angulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Ignacio Angulo in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evandro Pena saved Pouso alegre from getting behind. Fernandinho Azevedo scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evandro Pena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacinto Dorio hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the game, Evandro Meira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Samuel da Costa. Evandro Meira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. Samuel da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evandro Meira, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Pouso alegre's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luizinho Santana in the 76th minute. The corner led Pouso alegre's Luizinho Santana to fire away a dangerous shot which Samuel da Costa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Evandro Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel da Costa having to interfere. Jacinto Dorio's late challenge caught a Pouso alegre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Dorio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Jacinto Dorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th match minute, AD.MANTHIQUEIRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anísio de Sena to maneuver through the defense. After 90 played minutes, Pouso alegre's Fabrício Geromel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Samuel da Costa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pouso alegre reached it. AD.MANTHIQUEIRA's Samuel da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toninho Alagoano in the 92nd minute of play. Evandro Meira let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 97th minute shot 4-2 at rihgt post.
