An unexpectedly hard shot by Dadá Dantas in the 31st minute of play forced AlcatraZ FC's goalkeeper Egídio Mandrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, AlcatraZ FC's Jonas Vidal got a free kick in the 38th minute. Breno Siqueira struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Egídio Mandrak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miranga EC. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emílio Dionísio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Miranga EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Cruz to maneuver through the defense. Alfredinho Ribeiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emílio Dionísio's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Emílio Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Miranga EC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jeremias Cruz hit a great ball. When Giuseppe Velasco came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the AlcatraZ FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giuseppe Velasco couldn't finish the play. Emílio Dionísio's late challenge caught a Miranga EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emílio Dionísio helped the player get up and apologised. Emílio Dionísio hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Edmílson Passos got a throw-in 77 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Marcus de Toledo. Egídio Mandrak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Júlio Souto in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egídio Mandrak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emílio Dionísio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Alfredinho Ribeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcus de Toledo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Giuseppe Velasco, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
