Walmyr da Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Tinoco having to interfere. Walmyr da Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 15 played minutes Indios SS got a freekick which was hit by Nelson Hermes. Walmyr da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Roberto Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Iguira SS's Walmyr da Rocha in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 28 minutes into the match, Indios SS's goalkeeper Roberto Tinoco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ian Silveira. The supporters of Indios SS booed when Iguira SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Guilherme Capixaba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Tinoco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ian Silveira's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Indios SS's Roberto Tinoco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Indios SS from getting a goal against them. If Ian Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walmyr da Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Ian Silveira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iguira SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Walmyr da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. If Ian Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliézer Brasil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roberto Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walmyr da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The audience was convinced that Ian Silveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roberto Tinoco was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. The supporters of Iguira SS booed when Indios SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Iguira SS had played much better football throughout.
