Fellipe Siqueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Dênis Prata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th match minute, vasco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caco Araújo to maneuver through the defense. Fellipe Siqueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dênis Prata having to make a save. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind vasco's goalkeeper Dênis Prata, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dênis Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luís Sena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fellipe Siqueira scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dênis Prata, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GaloGordo FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Pontes in the 31st minute of play forced GaloGordo FC's goalkeeper Eurico Alagoano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of vasco booed when GaloGordo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Paulo Abraão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Luís Sena struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Dênis Prata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GaloGordo FC. The wind increased when Pedro Luís Sena made the kick off in the second half. Eurico Alagoano came out of the goal and Joaquim Vinhas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Caco Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Fellipe Siqueira took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Dênis Prata to make any attempt to save it. 64 minutes into the game, Davi Pinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. vasco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GaloGordo FC the free kick. Davi Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When Fellipe Siqueira fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GaloGordo FC's protests and gave Fellipe Siqueira a yellow card for diving instead. If Caco Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eurico Alagoano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Vinhas in the 71st minute of the match. Dênis Neves hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Joaquim Vinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot. vasco's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquim Vinhas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. GaloGordo FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
