Spectators: 6600 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Cachambi FC's Armando Mandrak started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Severino Hoffmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vinícius Antunes. Cachambi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severino Hoffmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The TaRaO FC fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when TaRaO FC's Severino Hoffmann looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 12th minute, Eduard Ponomarev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinícius Antunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Jerônimo Zonta managed to get in a good position for a shot. TaRaO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerônimo Zonta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinícius Antunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute of the match, Jerônimo Zonta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vinícius Antunes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 25th minute, Severino Hoffmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinícius Antunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. TaRaO FC's Severino Hoffmann got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, TaRaO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Mandrak came free, but Denis Walmsley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jerônimo Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vinícius Antunes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severino Hoffmann in the 40th minute. Fausto Schmidt hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Cachambi FC's Vinícius Antunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Cachambi FC from getting a goal against them. In the 45th match minute, TaRaO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Hoffmann to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severino Hoffmann made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Hoffmann in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinícius Antunes saved Cachambi FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, TaRaO FC's Cleiton Xavier got a free kick in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the match, TaRaO FC's goalkeeper Denis Walmsley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fred Fonseca. Severino Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute Severino Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinícius Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vinícius Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerônimo Zonta in the 74th minute of the match. TaRaO FC's Denis Walmsley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save TaRaO FC from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, Cachambi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Hoffmann came free, but Vinícius Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerônimo Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinícius Antunes having to interfere. Natanael Neves charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natanael Neves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Natanael Neves hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Severino Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ernesto Torres fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TaRaO FC's protests and gave Ernesto Torres a yellow card for diving instead. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TaRaO FC! After having played for 95 minutes, Armando Mandrak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cachambi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armando Mandrak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the TaRaO FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
