In the 15th minute Guilherme Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltazar Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Luís Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evandro Pires having to interfere. José Faria hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Evandro Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinei Berger in the 23rd minute of the match. Dinei Berger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Evandro Pires made a huge save. The Pomerode FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After a rather tough play, Pomerode FC's Dudu Romero got a free kick in the 63rd minute. With his leg Evandro Pires managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Pomerode FC's Pedro Luís Silva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Terremoto FC's Evandro Pires proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Terremoto FC from getting a goal against them. Evandro Pires made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dinei Berger in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, Terremoto FC could leave the field as winners, despite Pomerode FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
