After 30 played minutes Jeitosa EC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Sousa. A collision led to Jeitosa EC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Oscar Sousa hit a great ball. After 35 played minutes Jeitosa EC got a freekick which was hit by Amílton Gaspar. In the 37th minute, one of Jeitosa EC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jeitosa EC. The referee gave Golabeira a penalty, 38 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luiz Eduardo Leão, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Jeitosa EC's Olavo Paraense. 0-3. Olavo Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernani Motta in the 41st minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
With a little luck, Jeitosa EC's Olavo Paraense got control of the ball when Magno Pereira tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute, Armandinho Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Sousa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 64th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ulysses Albuquerque hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. If Hernani Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amílton Gaspar charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amílton Gaspar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd minute Hernani Motta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Messias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armandinho Ortiz went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After 88 played minutes Jeitosa EC got a freekick which was hit by Amílton Gaspar. Olavo Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernani Motta in the 89th minute of the match. If Benjamim Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jeitosa EC's goalkeeper Olavo Paraense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Golabeira's Hernani Motta got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Magno Pereira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Jeitosa EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Golabeira were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
