This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Toninho Peixoto as he didn't even see the shot coming. Tony Madureira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Fábio Magalhães didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Leão went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Marapanim's zone, Igor Secco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toninho Peixoto came out of the goal and Igor Secco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Marapanim's Toninho Peixoto got control of the ball when Jailson Massa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Toninho Peixoto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jailson Massa in the 47th minute. The FURIOSOS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Marapanim were winning 2-3.

Luiz Fábio Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Leão in the 64th minute of play. Kauan Gomes hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Leão got free with Luiz Fábio Magalhães in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Marapanim's Kauan Gomes got a free kick in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Marapanim's goal looked a bit too open when Jailson Massa came free, but Toninho Peixoto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Fábio Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Leão in the 95th minute of the match. Marapanim's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
