Claudinho Trancoso did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Maurício Arósio 26 minutes into the match. If Simão Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. fodase fc's Maurício Arósio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save fodase fc from getting a goal against them. A collision led to fodase fc getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Léo Penha hit a great ball. In the 45th match minute, Os LargadoS N.A.S. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Leal to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudinho Trancoso made a kick off. José Carlos Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Os LargadoS N.A.S.'s Dino Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erivaldo Santana in the 83rd minute of play. Maurício Arósio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dedê Rossi went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. José Carlos Vieira took the ball and in the 99 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurício Arósio. Maurício Arósio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1.
