The throw-in from Samuel Faria in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Palmeiras S.E.P's Luís de Godoi. Luís de Godoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Luisão Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Palmeiras S.E.P walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
