Team Aqua's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Paulo Peres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rubens Catarinense kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, One Piece FC's David Tunström got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 10 played minutes One Piece FC got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Mineiro. In the 17th match minute, Team Aqua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. Geovani Mandrak scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Baptista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 29 minutes into the game, Geovani Mandrak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Richard Baptista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Richard Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovani Mandrak in the 34th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Lucjan Skwira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Baptista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richard Baptista came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by One Piece FC's Lucjan Skwira. But to his dismay, Lucjan Skwira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The Team Aqua players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. One Piece FC were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geovani Mandrak to strike the kick off in the second half. Richard Baptista was a little too slow when João Paulo Peres got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-5. When Lucjan Skwira came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the One Piece FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucjan Skwira couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovani Mandrak in the 63rd minute of play forced Team Aqua's goalkeeper Richard Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Lucjan Skwira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Richard Baptista, 0-6. 72 minutes into the match, Team Aqua's goalkeeper Richard Baptista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Paulo Peres. In the 77th minute João Francisco Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvin Arthur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When João Paulo Peres fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored One Piece FC's protests and gave João Paulo Peres a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th match minute, One Piece FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Paulo Peres to maneuver through the defense. In the 84thth minute of the game João Francisco Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but One Piece FC's Alvin Arthur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvin Arthur came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Team Aqua's Paulinho das Neves. But to his dismay, Paulinho das Neves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Alvin Arthur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Alves in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, João Paulo Peres left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The One Piece FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. One Piece FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
